Qualifications
· US work authorization (Required)
· Minimum 18 years old (Required)
· Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Nice to have)
· WA Food Worker Card or Oregon Food handlers Card (Required on or before the first day of work)

Front of House Staff Duties

Greet customers and make all customers feel welcome at the restaurant

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude

Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each table

Engage with customers, respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner

Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions

Deliver checks and collect payments

Clean and prepare the dining areas

Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields preferred

Ability to communicate in English, bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
